The function of the secretariat
Danhostel Danmarks Vandrerhjem’s head office is situated in Copenhagen. The secretariat functions as overall administrator of the 95 hostels that are currently part of the Danhostel chain.
The office carries out the following tasks:
- Distributing Danish and foreign language catalogues/brochures to guests
- The issuing of hostel cards
- Provision of information regarding overnight stays at hostels in Denmark and abroad
- Complaints handling
The secretariat does not deal with enquiries regarding overnight stays at the hostels and you should therefore contact the hostel concerned directly when you wish to book or enquire about rooms and prices.
