    First things first. This is not a standard hotel. It is a convenient, no-frills solution for keeping accomodation budget at a very reasonable level (given average prices in Copenhagen). Hosts have to take bedsheets and towels on their own to the room and to hand them back upon checking out. I found this practice very instrictive for my teen-age daughters (who tend to believe that travelling requires 4-star hotel only). Breakfast was more than fine. Staff handles flocks of tourist anytime in the day, so they tend to be a bit dry. Again, it is perfectly undestandable, altough not necesarily pleasant. A good experience indeed.

    The room for 4 people is very small/narrow. The bathroom is tiny. Not suitable. But if you know each other well, you can live with it.

    The automatic light when entering the bathroom area is not practical at night, when everybody else tries to sleep

    Fedt, fedt sted. Super service ved tjek ind og rent og pænt alle steder. Dog kunne jeg godt have tænkt mig, at medarbejderen i baren lige havde spurgt min datter og jeg, om vi kunne tænkes os en sidste omgang inden han lukkede baren ned fredag aften. Så vi kunne havde fået en sidste omgang.

    Our room was 209. we were not able to sleep with open window. Therefore it was very warm in the room. Ventilation did not work or not good enough. No clear view/ window was „dirty“ right infront of the room was a very noisy ventilation…. Situation with the elevators is not at all good. Please highlight more the stairs and please clean it!!! It makes no sense to have a nice lobby and then stairs like that!!!

    Wonderfully friendly and helpful staff, compliments! Room ok, unfortunately no air conditioning, which we would have needed very much: open window too loud at night, closed window too hot with 4 persons.
