    We rented 44 bicycles and bicycle helmets - but there were not enough helmets for everyone - 5 students did not get helmets. This was not good from a safety point of view that we were obliged to take care of.

I can't see that you booked any helmets, and we only have a maximum of helmets in the house (we order more if a groups wish to have them). But I will definitely take this with me to further notes, and make sure that we know before arrival, if a group needs helmets or not. Thank you so much for your visit!
