    When we booked, it was not indicated on the website or any information provided via email that we would be responsible for gathering our own linens and installing them in our room. The room was much smaller than the images on the website and the value for money was low. The floor that we were on underwent renovations while we were there and also had a large contingent of teenagers on a school trip, which made the floor extremely noisy. The breakfast buffet was good, but the dishes were not clean. The elevators were virtually unusable because they were constantly packed full of people so we resorted to carrying our luggage down the stairs.

    Dear guest, Thank you so much for taking the time to write us a review. We do inform about the linen on both our website and in our digital guestbook, which all guests receive before arrival. It says that linen will be handed out at the check-in in a sustainable bag, which you must also return in the lobby at departure.     bruseophænget var gået i stykker det var lidt træls, når man drømte om et varmt bad men selv skulle stå og holde bruseren haha :D

    sengelinned var der en plet gammelt blod på, ikke så lækkert men herre gud.

    We stayed in the one of the apartments and it was great! The only thing to mention is that you hear your neighbors very well
