    Beautiful Danhostel with a lovingly furnished common room and a well-equipped kitchen. We were on site with our bikes; the location is good with bikes. The breakfast was great. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

    Could be nice with door in the showers.
    Very nice breakfast. Could be nice to add option to order some glutenfree bread the day before. Eg. Overall very good!

    Der blev festet og larmet om natten, og badene måtte gerne være i lukket båse med afsætningsplads...

    Hej Ulrik, Det beklager jeg meget at der var fest og larm om natten på vandrehjemmet, det er selvfølgelig ikke i orden. Vi har en regel, om at der skal være ro klokken 22:00. Til en anden gang, skal I være hjertens velkommen til at kontakte mig på nødnummeret som står i receptionen, så ville jeg være kommet forbi og få ro på det hele.  Mvh Camilla Nordmann - vært

    Considering it´s a hostel we find the price very high. However we have seen that all accommodation in Denmark is high price. We found the matrasses quite uncomfortable (small, hard and felt like plastic inside). The breakfast was very good with the exception of the coffee. Herbal tea and hot chocolate would be nice, especially for kids. The location is nice but a bit far away from the center. Without a bike it would have been tedious. All in all we felt very comfortable in Danhostel Skagen. The house is very clean and staff very friendly and helpful!

    Dear Eva, And many thanks for your nice review and description of the hostel. I can assure you that our master addresses are not made of plastic and the hardness of the master addresses is chosen based on a medium hardness, so that it fits average. I will look into the possibility of herbal tea the next time we order, but unfortunately we don't get cocoa on the menu. You will be most welcome again another time.     Lå langt fra alt. Både by, strand og indkøbsmulighed, selvom man havde fået oplyst det modsatte. I det hele taget en skuffelse i forhold til forventning og pris.

    Hej Margit,  Det er vi kede af at høre at du syntes. Alle oplysninger vedr. afstanden til seværdigheder, handlemuligheder og strande står ellers inde på vores hjemmeside. Det nærmeste supermarked ligger 800 m fra vandrehjemmet, stranden ligger 1.5 km herfra og centrum ligger 1 km fra vandrehjemmet. Vi ligger ikke inde i midtbyen, men centralt i Skagen.  Med ønske om en god sommer.  Mvh Camilla Nordmann - vært
