I put as a request nice view and booked a standard+ room, which of course guarantees view, but was hoping for the better city view. We still got the back side view. We had a birthday to celebrate and I had talked about the view to my daughter, so now we had the backyard view instead, like I had not requested anything at all. Then I had considered 4 people, so booked a big room, thinking I can add my son if he comes, but when he didn't we kept the 5 beds room for three people. Still when we came there we were given three bags with bedding and when we discovered there was only one towel each and asked for extra towels the next day the receptionist wanted us to pay 10 kr each for the towels! In other words, I paid a room for 5 people, three nights, we got 3 towels and for extra towels we would have to pay you 30 extra kr??? We could have booked a three bed room for one night, and now the 5 bed room price and the 3 nights did not make any difference? This is not only cheep, it is totally weird: you wanted 30 kr extra when we had paid 3500Kr? Moreover, there was sound from the rooms next, a party the first night and a musician practicing the second and the toilet smelled bad like in an old house. Plus it was totally irritating with the hall and the toilet light that were put on automatically in the night and gave light waking up people who slept--it should be a choice to put on the light or not, both in the hall and in the toilet! Last, couldn't you have three plastic mugs in the room? It is the bare minimum, so that one can drink water!
I found the constant trashy pop music in bar and .foyer quite annoying
It's trending stuff I get it ....aimed at teens /twenties perhaps. I'm totally into.music for decades...old, new, everything but there was mostly just one genre of music playing - over produced R&B style pop ballads etc.
What about folk, electro, techno, soul , funk , jazz , blues, reggae and classical??
Not all younger people are into trending chart pop either.Many of your guests are older than that anyway.
Personally I like a little bit of trending trashy pop stuff ....but ALL the time? Please, give us a break!

Fint nok med tilbehøret til morgenmaden, men ærgerligt at brød og boller var ret tørt og “kompakt”.
Selve ophold, rum, faciliteter og personale var helt fint.
