Functions of the Main Office
Danhostel’s Head Office is located in Frederiksberg. It serves as the central administrative body for the hostels operating under the Danhostel brand and is responsible for the following tasks:

• Marketing and brand coordination
• Distribution of Danish and international catalogues and brochures
• Issuing of Danish hostel cards
• Providing written information about accommodation at hostels in Denmark and abroad
• Handling of complaints
• Membership administration and member relations
