    Meget trafikstøj.
    Elevatorerne fungerede ikke efter hensigten. Lange køer. Rengøringen var ikke tilfredsstillende.
    Receptionisterne søde og hjælpsomme.

    a few small points to improve: small towel for the feet, storage space in the bathroom and possibly air conditioning (our room was very warm)

    I stayed 2 nights in shared room, I could see that no one cleaned my room properly. Below to my bed, there were a lot of dust, spiderweb and also a banana peel
