Danhostel Kolding reviews
All in all, Danhostel seemed a little past its prime. What once may have seemed like a lovely experience is now slightly run down and showing its age. Comically small beds, the most basic of decor, outdated carpets, paper thin walls, and a kitchen where the pots, pans, cutting boards, and knives that can’t cut a tomato knives are in desperate need of updating. All of this in an age where the hostel experience can be downright luxurious, Danhostel is stuck in a time where renting one’s sheets seems normal to them. And considering this was the most expensive stay I’ve had for any hostel in months of traveling, despite the fact it was also the furthest from its town center, Danhostel will become a relic of the past as soon as any competitor challenges them in Kolding. Until then, Danhostel’s greatest attribute is the fact they’re your only option.
Savnede et tv på værelset. Og der manglede lidt lys udendørs, når det var mørkt.
Fed slyngelstue. Og dejlig morgenmad.
