We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed our central yet peaceful location and that you appreciated both the cleanliness and the breakfast. Your kind words mean a great deal to us. We are truly sorry for the inconvenience caused by the construction work during your stay. As you know, it is the result of a water damage that turned out to be more extensive than first expected. We completely understand that having to pass through a work area is not the experience you had hoped for, and we appreciate your patience while we work to restore everything as quickly as possible. Thank you as well for your comments regarding the price. We always strive to offer good value while maintaining our historic building and keeping our rates as accessible as possible. Depending on the booking platform, breakfast and linen may either be included or available as optional extras. We also understand that the ongoing renovation may have influenced your overall impression of the value during this particular stay Finally, thank you for ending your review with the words that made us smile the most: "Since we love the place we will return." After a long journey, especially when it's dark and you're tired, check-in should be as easy as possible.
