The elevator congestion and key card process needs to somehow be addressed. Most of the time we used the stairs - which is great - but they need to be cleaned and painted and being on an upper floor we didn't want to climb 13 floors. The location, service bar and bike service is unmatched and fantastic. The front staff and bar staff were also fantastic and very helpful. AC will become an issue as global warming starts to take root throughout Europe. Also the website for booking is rather confusing with respect to check-in and check-out and available nights. When we needed to make an adjustment to our itinerary, the website would not allow us to take a night stay off the front of our stay that was mistakenly inputed. Finally - as a suggestion, the refrigerators were packed full of old food. The sign said everything gets thrown out on Friday's - but this wasn't the case and it did not appear sanitary. That might be prioritized as a hard rule - make sure things stay healthy.

It would be nice to have dorms for only females/males

The kitchen was super dirty! Housekiping not so much clean in the toilet. For the rest was fine. But if u cannot to cook is to expensive

Der er meget pres på ved morgenmaden. Der blev ikke tørret borde af rundt i restauranten, så vi måtte selv vaske bordet af hver morgen. Det ville være godt med et personale, der sørgede for dette. Der tænker vi også på de udenlandske gæster, tænker det vil kunne afholde dem for at komme igen. Samtidig kunne toiletterne ved receptionen også bruge lidt ekstra rengøring. Men ellers har vi kun godt at sige om vores ophold hos jer. Og selvfølgelig kommer vi gerne igen. For hotellet har en perfekt beliggenhed, hvis man gerne vil rundt og opleve København.
