Great place overall! I was disappointed there was no place to fill my water bottle as the room sinks are too shallow. You might want to think about adding a bottle refill station at the bar area to be more eco-friendly

Excellent location , helpful staff. But as a family with two young children, we were placed on a floor with two separate and noisy groups of young people (late teens probably). We had to speak to them 4 times about noise. Whilst you don’t really promote a party hostel type of place, you also don’t remind guests to be quiet at night. Your hostel in billlund has a number of reminder signs for this , but you don’t. Also, why not have a quieter family floor ? This experience would probably prevent us from booking here again, despite all the other great things about the hostel.

The kitchen facilities were small for a hostel of this size/ - there seemed to be only 6 spoons there!

Begge morgener hvor vi skulle have morgenmad, var der ikke nok siddepladser til os, selvom vi havde booket til kl. 09.00, for lang tid siden.
Det var lidt frustrerende. Der kunne man godt have sat reserveret skilte på nogen borde.
