I would have liked some soap/shower gel in the shower

Dårlig oplevelse, desværre

Window don't close correctly, noise from the street.
Very difficult to go down at 10Am, all 4 lifts are overloaded.
Breakfast is poor, coffee is very bad, not possible to drink.
Kitchen is awful, without windows. When I came in, there was man who prepared cigarettes. Not safe place.
No hand soap at toilette.

They seem to make friendly customer service a priority. Obviously, hostel with seemingly hundreds of beds is a tight operation. Everything was clean and the elevators were efficiently programmed. However, why does a kitchen with 3 stoves have only 2 forks for the entire place? I found this very strange.

They have rental umbrellas for a fair price.

The advertised cost for luggage storage was higher upon arrival than in the agreement, but they honored the agreement. I don't know if a cost for luggage storage is common in Copenhagen, but this place does charge. And, it was not written in the agreement that it is only until the night, and the room is emptied then. However, it was shown on a sign on the door. Please be more transparent with these conditions.

Overall a good experience.

Vi startede med at få et fællesrum værelse som på ingen måder var gjort rent og var så ulækkert at vi på ingen måder ville sætte vores ting på hverken borde eller gulv - her gik ved ned igen og nævnte for en ansat at det var ulækkert og ikke gjort rent - uden at tøve fik vi tildelte et nyt rent værelse!! Så helt fantastisk oplevelse og service
