The staf at reception had no friendly words at all and never smiled when I tried to make talk. It was extremely tranactional and I did not feel welcome at all. The staff at the restaurant evening and morning made up for that. The room however, which could easily have been made attractive, simply by setting the room right, roll up the lamp wires, set the closet straight on its footing...and just one or two small things in there would have changed it from a storage unit to a room!
