Danhostel Copenhagen City reviews
The downtown location is perfect. However, the rooms are pretty worn down and could really use a renovation. There are also no hooks for hanging up clothes. The playroom is very small and lacks windows; the toys could do with being replaced, too. Breakfast is okay, but the coffee is a disgrace—it’s instant coffee, and you have to pay extra for filter coffee. That doesn't exactly put you in a good mood. Furthermore, the breakfast room gets extremely crowded if you go after 8 a.m. Given the room rates, the experience is rather disappointing.
The window in Room 1003 needs cleaning from the outside. We used a bag provided to carry bed linen as a bath mat. An additional small towel would keep the bathroom floor dry.
The kitchen facilities are too small. The 8:30 breakfast shift was far overcrowded.
Breakfast could have lasted longer
The only thing I have a complain about is the top bunk side rail. I was a bit scared to fall out in the night. Or else was very cheep, clean and friendly staff. I will come back again next time in Copenhagen.
Området til morgenmad er meget småt.
