I do not understand the criticism regarding your catering. There were salads for all the evening menus, nachos for the chili cin carne and bread. Taking the rice was completely voluntary. There was a very wide selection for your breakfast with several homemade items and for your packed lunches there were many different types of filling - which you yourself supplemented with items from the breakfast.
