We have prepaid the day we ve booked hostel and the staff could not see it so He said we have to pay it all again and then apply for refund.
We came a little earlier so we wanted to leave the luggage at the hostel and that was also a bit suprising that we needed to pay for that extra

Jeg oplevede udfordringer med at gøre mig forståelig pr mail i forbindelse med booking processen.
Antallet af rum og antallet af gæster pr rum var vanskelig at gøre klart nok, hvorfor det krævede en del skriver frem og tilbage.
