I no at the time the front end staff couldn’t do anything about a double booking we had however there seemed to have brushed it aside and said it’s a 3rd party booking.
Since we had more time to tour Copenhagen and saw the amount of hostels I will be recommending others.
With the national Danish Scout Jamboree happening next summer word of mouth is still a way of expressing poor service!
