It was very nice that our rooms were ready for check in at 12.45 h. That was great!

The luggage storage was confusing. We paid to be able to store our luggage in a room and it wasn't clear that this wasn't a private room. We expected it to be private, also because it was quite a lot of money to pay for storage.
Thankfully, it was solved and we could use a private room.
