Frederiksberg Centre

The newly renovated Frederiksberg Shopping Centre lies in the heart of affluent Frederiksberg, a suburb of Copenhagen.  It is just a stone’s throw from the area’s longest street, Gammel Kongevej. This is a popular and trendy location with 90 exciting shops on three levels. Be inspired by the latest in fashion, lifestyle, interior design, sports and outdoor gear.

There is plenty of room in the wide hallways, and panoramic views of beautiful Solbjerg Plads on the east side of the building.  When you enter the Centre from Falkoner Alle, you will step into a welcoming area with a bright foyer, high ceilings and seating areas.  Go down the escalator to the first level and, as you stroll along, you will find more cosy spots, a host of shops and a well-stocked supermarket.  At the end of the hallway, there is an escalator to the second floor, which houses more shopping opportunities.  The third level, the newest area, is a mix of shops, boutiques and eateries.  Experience quality meals – from almost raw to heavenly baked. Buy something for a special person in your life or give a gift card ranging from 100 – 3000 DKK.

Frederiksberg Centre provides spacious newly designed toilet facilities and a relaxing lounge for mothers with babies located on the third floor.   If you choose to ride your bicycles, the south and west sides of the building have plenty of parking spaces.  There is access to the Metro close by outside the Centre.

Frederiksberg Centre is easily reached by public transport.  The 8a and 74 buses stop at the main entrance on Falkoner Alle.  The Metro is under the same roof as the Centre, so this provides easy access and shelter from the elements.  Just hop off, go up the escalator or stairs and you are right in the centre of everything.  Convenient parking spaces are on the two top levels, and the first hour of parking is free.
